I, along with my family, stayed at the Hotel Vishwam Residencey in Varanasi, and our experience was absolutely amazing. The manager *mr Prashant Singh* , took exceptional care of us, constantly calling to check on us, taking feedback, and providing personalised service.
As a hotelier, I was truly impressed and glad to witness such a level of guest care and attention. It inspired me to reflect on how such practices can be implemented in my own work and life to enhance guest satisfaction. The way they prioritized the guest experience left a lasting impression on me.

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The service throughout was exceptional, especially in the restaurant where we were treated with such warmth and attention. A special thanks to Niraj, Pradip, Loukoush, and Suraj for their attentive and friendly service – they truly made our meals memorable.
At the reception, Kajal, Shubham, and at the daily service team Sachin, Gudiya Gupta , Shashi Bhushan, Varun, Anamika were always welcoming and helpful, making our check-in and day-to-day needs smooth and hassle-free.
The food was consistently delicious, thanks to the excellent work by the kitchen team – hats off to Harishewak and Rakesh for ensuring every dish was perfect.
Finally Abhay Singh and Rajkumar thanks for their helpful nature whenever needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Varanasi. The location is ideal, situated close to many famous temples and Banaras Hindu University (BHU), making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and exploration.😊
The front office staff was very welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests.
The restaurant provided a great dining experience. The food was delicious, offering a variety of local and international dishes. I especially enjoyed the traditional Varanasi cuisine, which was authentic and flavorful.
Parking was ample and secure, which was a relief considering the crowded streets of Varanasi. It’s a real plus for guests traveling by car.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Varanasi, whether for religious, academic, or leisure purposes. The combination of great service, excellent food, and a prime location near temples and BHU makes it a standout choice.

Excellent experience! The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. I had an engagement function in their banquet for 100guests approx. It was most warm and welcoming service we got. It was actually surprising to see the enthusiasm in the manager itself, and obviously the staffs and entire team of the hotel. Food is amazing, very cooperative manager Mr. Prashant.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. We booked 5 rooms on 5th feb and 28 rooms each on 6th and 7th feb for our guests and they made the experience very comfortable. First of all I will thank Mr Kunal (GM) and his entire staff for being so friendly and helpful. The hospitality has been brilliant starting from the guard who received us at the gate until the final checkout when the bell boy helped in managing the luggage. I travelled with my family and had an outstanding stay here. The room was large enough to accommodate an extra bed comfortably. Cleanliness seemed a top priority here as the room and the restaurant was spic and span. Food was very tasty and the restaurant staff was very helpful as they packed enough breakfast for us because we couldn't eat there due to paucity of time. Location is definitely a highlight as its bang on the main road (near Bhikaripur tiraha). We tried to rebook for another date in a week's time as we would be traveling back but we were not lucky as there was no availability on our date, and it's very logical because such budget friendly hotel with great 4-star facilties will never go unbooked a single day!!! Looking forward to stay there next time when I go to Varanasi. Overall the best experience in last 5-6 years of my travel.

Hotel has nice house keeping staff (pawan , mithu). They are always on time . I stayed here for around 7 day due to official visit and they have always ensured all the amenitites are present and our room is always clean.Smeeling always good.

Room are very clean and spacious. House keeping Staff is really good and food is also good. Had a really nice stay. Will be looking forward for all my future stays wheather with family or business. Parking space was also available for the vehicle. Parking is available in basement.

Best hotel..all staff is very good most of the reception @kajal ,she is the gem of hotel Vishwam..very polite girl..n housekeeping services so good ...they provide all aminite..but one thing is fault by ac in lobby ac didn't work.2 day my stay all the time I ask for ac in lobby..but stay is good...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kashi. The customer service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, the bathroom had an excellent hot water shower, and the food featured delicious local flavors.

The best place to stay we were amazed by their hospitality. Warm reception the staff were courteous surprisingly they have waited for our complementary breakfast till 11am as we were out of hotel they waited for us to come back to hotel.
