We had a wonderful 9-day stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The service throughout was exceptional, especially in the restaurant where we were treated with such warmth and attention. A special thanks to Niraj, Pradip, Loukoush, and Suraj for their attentive and friendly service – they truly made our meals memorable. At the reception, Kajal, Shubham, and at the daily service team Sachin, Gudiya Gupta , Shashi Bhushan, Varun, Anamika were always welcoming and helpful, making our check-in and day-to-day needs smooth and hassle-free. The food was consistently delicious, thanks to the excellent work by the kitchen team – hats off to Harishewak and Rakesh for ensuring every dish was perfect. Finally Abhay Singh and Rajkumar thanks for their helpful nature whenever needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding hospitality! ~ Rakesh K
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Varanasi. The location is ideal, situated close to many famous temples and Banaras Hindu University (BHU), making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and exploration.😊 The front office staff was very welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The restaurant provided a great dining experience. The food was delicious, offering a variety of local and international dishes. I especially enjoyed the traditional Varanasi cuisine, which was authentic and flavorful. Parking was ample and secure, which was a relief considering the crowded streets of Varanasi. It’s a real plus for guests traveling by car. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Varanasi, whether for religious, academic, or leisure purposes. The combination of great service, excellent food, and a prime location near temples and BHU makes it a standout choice. ~ Ayush
I, along with my family, stayed at the Hotel Vishwam Residencey in Varanasi, and our experience was absolutely amazing. The manager *mr Prashant Singh* , took exceptional care of us, constantly calling to check on us, taking feedback, and providing personalised service. As a hotelier, I was truly impressed and glad to witness such a level of guest care and attention. It inspired me to reflect on how such practices can be implemented in my own work and life to enhance guest satisfaction.
